FLMCS is an billing app and mobile recharge handler software. It can be used to create applications that let users perform mobile recharge (Automatic Flexiload) and mobile banking (bKash, DBBL Mobile Money, mCash etc.). Users will also be able to send mobile top-up requests using its web interface. This application works with all types of STK supported GSM Modem.
